The Swap-free Program is a promotional program that reduces trading cost to increase profitability. However, a commitment to certain Trading Activities determines eligibility.
During the first 7 days of participating in the Swap-free Program, the account will be free swap.
On the 8th day, the account's Trading Activities will be counted.
The trading activities in the past 7 days have reached at least 25% or higher. If it is lower than 25%, the account will not enjoy the swap free in the next 7 days.
On the 15th day, the account's Trading Activities will be recounted.
Trading Activities will be recounted every 7-day cycle.
This Swap-free Program is only applicable to 14 popular trading instruments: XAUUSD, XAGUSD, USOIL, UKOIL, EURUSD, AUDUSD, GBPUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF, USDJPY, NZDUSD, EURJPY, GBPJPY, AUDJPY.
The account will be moved from the "Regular Swap" to the "Promo Swap" after participating in this program.
Trading Activities of the account will be recounted when you exit and rejoin.
Trading Activities
Trading Activities is a metric reflecting a client engagement rate in the market. It measures eligibility for specific benefits and incentives based on trading volume and frequency over a set period.
In our Swap-free Program, client eligibility is determined by the Trading Activities within their participate account over a 7 calendar day period.
The Trading Activities is determined by using the following calculation:

1. Please note that the trading volumes of shares and cryptocurrencies are not included when calculating Trading Activities.
2. Partially closed trade volume is not counted.
Trading Activities requirement in Swap-free Program:
The trading activities in the past 7 days have reached at least 25% or higher, continue with free swap.
If it is lower than 25%, the account will not enjoy the swap free in the next 7 days.

What is swap?
A swap in forex refers to the interest that you either earn or pay for a trade that you keep open overnight.
The swap is the interest rate differential between the two currencies of the pair you are trading, and it is calculated according to whether your position is long or short, pip value, product type, transaction size, and swap type.

Swap-free Program is eligible for both Dupoin Standard and Premium accounts.
Can I stop participating in the Swap-free Program?
Yes, you can stop participating in the Swap-free Program at any time. Once you choose to stop the Swap-free Program, your account will be moved from the Promo Swap Group to the Regular Swap Group. You will not be able to rejoin the program for 14 days.
Note: The Trading Activities of the account will be recounted when you quit and rejoin.
How do I check the Trading Activities of my Dupoin account?
You can conveniently view your trading activities in the Rewards Center under "Promotions Participated." Please note that only trading activities reaching or exceeding 25% will be displayed, while those below 25% will not be shown.
How can I review swap fees on my account?
You can check the swap fees in the Account Management on Dupoin portal or App.

Customers are refrained from misusing the Swap-free Program to seek profit from price arbitrage, interest rate arbitrage or any other manipulative strategies that are detrimental to the company and/or to other brokers. In the event of suspicion of abuse and misuse of the Swap Promo Program, the company has the right unilaterally and without explanation or reason and without prior notice to the customers to:
a. Disqualify the customers and terminate his Swap-free Program.
b. Charge back all the past swap fees that were not charged during the swap-free period.

In the formula for calculating trading activity, the equation is:
"Trading Activities" = (7 days Open volume + 7 days Closed volume) / (7 days Opening volume + 7 days Closed volume + 7 days Overnight volume) × 100%
Note:
Trading activities will be updated every 7 calendar days starting from the participation date.

The company has the right to reject a customer for the Swap-free Program.

The company reserves the right to terminate and/or change the terms and conditions of the Swap-free Program with prior notice to the customers.

The customers are solely responsible for checking the swap rates and the swap fee calculation according to their holding open position in their trading account. The swap rates reflected in the account are based on percentage. Please note that the swap amount is different from the swap percentage because of the different methods used in the calculation.
