Who is eligible for the $100 Welcome Rewards promotion?

This promotion is available to all new clients or existing clients who have not made their first deposit (FTD). Eligibility may vary by channel and region. Please refer to the promotion landing page for full details.

How can I participate in the promotion?

Simply register a new Dupoin account or log in if you’ve already registered but haven’t deposited before. Make sure you activate the rewards within the specified time and complete the required trades during the promotion period.

What is the promotion period?

The promotion is limited to a specific time. Please refer to the promotion page.

When do I need to activate the rewards?

For new users who register during the event, rewards must be activated within 30 days of registration.
For users who registered before the event but haven’t deposited, rewards must be activated after your first login during the promotion period.

How do I unlock the $100 Welcome Rewards?

You need to complete trading tasks by trading specific instruments. Each qualified trade will unlock a portion of the reward. Once you accumulate a total of $100 unlocked rewards, you can claim it to your Rewards Wallet.

What are the trading requirements?

You must trade eligible instruments as listed on the campaign page. Each instrument has different requirements in terms of lots traded to unlock a corresponding reward amount.

What happens if I don’t claim the unlocked rewards in time?

Unlocked rewards must be claimed within 14 days of being unlocked, or they will expire and be forfeited.

Can I participate more than once?

No. Each eligible client can only participate in the promotion once. If you’ve claimed the reward before and closed your account, you are not eligible to participate again.

Where can I check my progress?

You can track your progress directly on the promotion landing page or in your Dupoin client portal under the 'Rewards' section.

Terms & Conditions

General

These Terms & Conditions ('Conditions') govern the Welcome Reward promotion hosted by Dupoin. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Conditions.
Dupoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the promotion at its discretion, in accordance with applicable laws, with or without prior notice.
Undefined terms herein shall have the meanings assigned in Dupoin’s Product Sheet and/or Client Agreement, which apply in conjunction with these Conditions.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to eligible new clients from selected regions and acquisition channels.
The following user types are considered eligible:
Clients who register during the promotion period.
Clients who registered prior to the promotion but have not made a first-time deposit (FTD).
Each client may participate in this promotion only once.

Reward Rules

For new users who register during the promotion, the 30-day reward activation window begins upon successful registration.
For existing users without FTD, the activation window begins upon their first login to the App or Web Portal during the promotion period. (Validity period is subject to the event page.)
To unlock the rewards, users must complete the required trading volume in the specified instruments within the promotion period.
Unlocked rewards will only count after all tasks listed on the promotion landing page are completed.
Only trades held for a minimum of 180 seconds are considered eligible.
Once unlocked rewards reach $100, users may claim the amount into their rewards wallet balance.
Unlocked rewards must be claimed within 14 days; otherwise, they will expire.

Legal

All trading activities and decisions are made independently by the client. Dupoin is not responsible for any trading losses incurred under this promotion.
Any disputes or unaddressed situations will be resolved by Dupoin’s management in accordance with its internal dispute resolution policies.
Dupoin reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke rewards in cases of:
Suspected abuse or exploitation of the promotion;
Breach of the Product Sheet, Client Agreement, or other related documents.
Dupoin also reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or reject transactions related to the promotion in the event of suspected misconduct.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Rewards can only be claimed once per user. Clients who have previously received this reward and later closed or canceled their trading accounts are not eligible to re-register for the promotion.
Dupoin reserves the final right to deny the issuance of rewards to users who have previously participated in this promotion.
