Panama's government has secured a loan of 1.2 billion euros ($1.29 billion) with a two-year maturity from a subsidiary of Bank of America, according to a statement from the Economy Ministry on Thursday. The ministry stated that the financing, to be disbursed in its dollar equivalent, was approved on Friday.
